Digital media has been a great influence on every part of our lives, and the art is not an exception. How do you view this current in art? Do you think art should remain in the pure form as it used to be in the past or it should make the most of the advantages that digital media brings?
While traditional art and its aesthetic value are predominant factors in art, digital media has enforced to expand the limits of art. It has made art more approachable - since art is not anymore static but ubiquitous online or anywhere. It saves a lot of time and it helps lessening the gap of the advantaged who get to approach art and the disadvantaged who can't. Therefore, I believe digital media plays a key role in art.
